Union Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Residential Property
Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan
Pay: $33.59/hour

Established residential property management company is seeking an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician for a residential property on the Upper East Side.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on building maintenance experience and be comfortable responding to resident repair requests and performing general apartment and property maintenance.

Needs to be CPR certified in infant and children, needs to be comfortable bathing if needed and can drive in case of an emergency. Little cooking required as for the 1yr old is just learning how to chew foods(Full-Time, Live-Out)For morning, day, evening
