We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant General Manager (GM) to lead our vibrant restaurant and hookah lounge. Duties

• Lead and supervise all restaurant and lounge operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to quality standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
• Oversee food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage food costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to support business growth
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons
• Supervise shift management, ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
• Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficiency in cash handling and transaction processing
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising hospitality teams; experience with staff training & development is essential
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures, food safety management, and health regulations
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting, pricing, and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, team management, and customer service interaction
• Experience managing casual dining or banquet settings is a plus; catering or bar experience is advantageous
• Ability to oversee shift management effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence
