Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Research Assistant to support program evaluation, educational research, and operational initiatives. This role involves gathering, organizing, and analyzing information to help the organization improve student programs, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, methodical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources to support organizational projects
• Conduct research on educational methods, program effectiveness, and best practices
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal teams
• Assist with program evaluation and outcome measurement
• Support marketing, outreach, and operational initiatives with data insights
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records
• Ensure all research and data handling complies with confidentiality and ethical standards
• Collaborate with team members to implement research findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in education, research, or related field preferred)
